We remove curved sparker side housing from gas models and add an additional side table giving you two side tables, then convert firing system for Charcoal – Wood burning.
With the double wall insulated body and top you may use your, SS Master Deluxe Charcoal, version as a BBQ, Smoker, and Oven.
We make the bbq smoking grill in two pieces, 75 / 25%, so 25% side may be removed for adding more fuel, etc., when necessary.
The large diameter venting holes, w/ tear drop adjustable vent doors on either side of top will assist with heat control.
The dropped 2″ deep pullout ash tray is made to collect plenty of accumulated ash.
We apply a quality oven thermometer to the top for keeping an eye on desired heat while, Barbecuing, Roasting, or Smoking.
